Lead Expert Wealth Management Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Expert Wealth Management Solutions to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of financial planning advisors, estate planning advisors, and analysts in providing support and assistance to our wealth management advisors in the province and their clients.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of approximately 15 employees in providing financial planning, estate planning, and tax services to our wealth management advisors and their clients.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of our expert services.
- Client Support: Participate in client meetings and support the team in files to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Business Development: Foster an environment that favors the conclusion of business development opportunities, such as asset consolidation, insurance, and credit.
- Financial Management: Ensure planning, management, and monitoring of budgets, and optimize the allocation of financial resources.
- Industry Expertise: Participate in various committees and presentations that require a high level of expertise and ensure visibility of the sector.
- Education: Holding a TEP title/accreditation or in financial planning (FP Canada, CFP) or a master's degree in finance or actuarial science or a master's degree or Diploma of Studies superior and specialized in taxation.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the field of financial and estate planning or in wealth transfer.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of the wealth management industry, strong influencing skills, excellent communication skills, and bilingualism (spoken/written French) an asset.
