CDK Global is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs and provide strategic solutions to OEM and Enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities
- Program Management
- Manage end-to-end programs, including short-term and long-term projects, to ensure successful delivery and alignment with OEM and CDK stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and project execution.
- Strategic Analysis
- Analyze OEM enhancements and requirements to deliver strategic solutions that meet business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize business needs, and develop recommendations for product development and implementation.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with OEMs, CDK Business stakeholders, Product, and Technology stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Deliverables and Task Overview
- Analyze requirement documents to identify alignment of CDK Vehicle Service system offerings with OEM requirements.
- Review current product offerings and identify alignment with OEM requirements for features and functionality.
- Ensure alignment of business needs with product documentation and identify areas for improvement.
- Produce Gap Analysis documentation to outline areas where CDK is unable to meet deliverables.
- Work with OEM suppliers to identify and define needs, and develop recommendations for product development and implementation.
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in creating a well-defined roadmap in Aha that is available for stakeholders.
- Work with Product teams to understand their roadmaps and identify how OEM initiatives can benefit overall product improvements.
- Communicate roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide input in a consultative manner with internal and OEM stakeholders for launch plans and execution.
- Act as the voice of Product and Engineering to ensure OEM requests are within product capabilities and create real user value.
- Identify scope creep, call it out, and find solutions based on value, impact, and monetization opportunity.
Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
CDK Global offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $89,000 - $115,000, annual performance bonus, benefits, and other applicable incentive compensation plans. We also offer paid time off, 401K matching program, and tuition reimbursement.
