Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a 35-40 hour workweek.
- English language proficiency.
Our fast-paced restaurant environment requires a team player with efficient interpersonal skills to thrive. Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this role.
