Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
