Head of Financial Strategy and Analysis

We are looking for a Head of Financial Strategy and Analysis who possesses exceptional analytical capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. In this leadership position, you will work closely with the executive team and senior leadership to deliver innovative financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct scenario models to influence the company's future direction;
  • Analyze revenue sources and expenditures for effective budgeting and forecasting;
  • Assist in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial forecasts;
  • Oversee the development of budgets and financial projections;
  • Serve as a strategic business ally providing financial insights;
  • Develop presentations that highlight financial analysis;
  • Recognize business risks and potential opportunities;
  • Collaborate with finance partners to resolve business challenges;
  • Create and implement dashboards to drive business growth;
  • Support automation initiatives for financial systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline;
  • MBA or relevant professional certification is preferred;
  • Over 10 years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis;
  • At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role;
  • Strong business insight and collaborative skills;
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial software;
  • Bilingual in French and English;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities;
  • Customer-focused approach.
