  • Deliver professional advice and education, adeptly addressing complex credit and investment matters to ensure recommended solutions align with client needs and financial situations.
  • Promote digital empowerment by guiding clients towards self-service options while prioritizing personalized advice and encouraging engagement through their preferred channels.
  • Utilize technology to connect with clients through both virtual and in-person interactions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention within your community.
  • Work alongside top-tier professionals in financial planning, retirement strategies, mortgages, and business banking to ensure clients receive tailored and relevant expert advice.

What do you need to succeed?

Essential Qualifications

  • Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
  • Completion of the Certificate of Achievement in Personal Finance through the Canadian Securities Institute.
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated sales experience in the financial services sector, focusing on credit and investment solutions.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in digital tools across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required to effectively serve clients with diverse language needs.
