Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Wildstone Group. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient work site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Site: Ensure that the work site is free from hazards and clutter, and that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Assist with Tasks and Projects: Provide support to other workers as needed, and assist with various tasks and projects as directed by supervisors.
  • Review and Maintain Tool Storage: Regularly inspect tool storage areas to ensure that all tools are properly secured and accounted for.
  • Comply with Safety Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, and report any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors.
  • Adhere to Site Housekeeping Practices: Maintain a clean and tidy work site, and participate in regular cleaning and maintenance activities.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience on a Construction Site: A minimum of years' experience working on a construction site in a similar role is required.
  • Carpentry Experience: Experience in carpentry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Hand Tools: A strong understanding of hand tools and their proper use is essential.
  • Teamwork and Communication Skills: Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Commercial Experience: Commercial experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Certifications and Training: Valid certifications or willingness to obtain certifications in WHMIS, Electrical Safety, and Level First Aid are highly desirable.
