Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Wildstone Group. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient work site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Site: Ensure that the work site is free from hazards and clutter, and that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Assist with Tasks and Projects: Provide support to other workers as needed, and assist with various tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Review and Maintain Tool Storage: Regularly inspect tool storage areas to ensure that all tools are properly secured and easily accessible.
  • Comply with Safety Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Adhere to Site Housekeeping Practices: Maintain a clean and tidy work site, and ensure that all waste and debris are properly disposed of.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of years' experience working on a construction site in a similar role.
  • Carpentry Experience: Experience in carpentry is highly desirable.
  • Hand Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with hand tools and equipment is essential.
  • Teamwork and Communication Skills: Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Commercial Experience: Commercial experience is an asset.
  • Certifications: Valid certifications in WHMIS, Electrical Safety, and Level First Aid are highly desirable.
