About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate at TD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Create a positive and memorable customer experience through every interaction, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
  2. Financial Transactions: Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
  3. Problem Resolution: Assist with responding and resolving customer concerns, escalating when necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  4. Product and Service Knowledge: Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening a limited range of products and/or services as necessary.

Business Objectives:

  1. Support Business Goals: Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by supporting advice goals and promoting products, services, and banking capabilities.
  2. Operational Excellence: Understand and apply operating policies and procedures, contributing to business objectives for Operational Excellence.
  3. Process Improvement: Support and participate in process improvement opportunities, ensuring necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all customer transactions and activities.

Team Collaboration:

  1. Team Member: Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment.
  2. Knowledge Development: Support the team by continuously developing knowledge in own area, participating in personal performance management and development activities.
  3. Communication: Keep others informed and up-to-date about all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

  1. Education: High School diploma and/or equivalent.
  2. Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  3. Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
