HR Systems Analyst

Aecon is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support for our SuccessFactors HRIS program.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize HRIS project requirements.
- Design and develop HRIS solutions to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide technical configuration and troubleshooting support for HRIS modules, including RCM, RMK, LMS, and EC.
- Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure HRIS data accuracy and integrity.
- 1-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
- SuccessFactors module experience (RCM, RMK, LMS, EC) considered an asset.
- 1+ years of experience coordinating projects and gathering business requirements.
- Technical configuration experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills required, confident presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience and willingness to work in a large and complex environment where responsibilities and priorities may shift according to business needs.
- Highly resilient, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can calmly navigate change.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to not only manipulate and summarize data, but also derive meaningful interpretations from data and ability to articulate in a simple and impactful way to a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion – and handle sensitive information.
