Job Title: ATM QA Analyst

We are seeking a skilled ATM QA Analyst to join our team at Tek Leaders Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our ATM systems. This includes testing, validating, and documenting the performance of our ATMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test plans to validate ATM functionality
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ATM systems
  • Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation
  • Provide timely and effective communication to stakeholders regarding project status and quality

Requirements:

  • Experience with functional, regression, end-to-end, and hardware testing on ATMs
  • Good knowledge of different ATM terminal models and their capabilities
  • Experience with automation testing using tools such as VMWare, Clear2Pay
  • Experience with database testing and mainframe applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
