Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Family Services Director. In this role, you will be responsible for working with client families to assess their pre-arrangement needs, communicating the benefits of our pre-need funeral planning program, and generating lead sources through referrals, walk-ins, and mail drops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with client families, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate the value and benefits of our pre-need funeral planning program, highlighting the importance of pre-planning and the peace of mind it provides.
  • Identify and pursue new lead sources, including referrals, walk-ins, and mail drops, to grow our business and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with our funeral home and cemetery staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination with client families.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Passion for customer care and a strong discipline for working in a customer-centric service organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales results and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with client families and internal stakeholders.
