We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Carbon Engineering team as a Technology Development Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safe operation of laboratory equipment and experiments, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Design, construct, and test equipment at various scales, including laboratory, bench, and pilot scales.
- Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and communicate findings through written and verbal reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an academic or industrial laboratory environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial process chemistry and reaction kinetics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders, and wear personal protective equipment.
