About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons Whistler. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and guests, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Maintain and manage staff-facing technologies, including Windows, PMS, and POS systems
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives to drive innovation and improvement
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with PCI policy
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Professional IT qualification, such as CCNA or MCSE
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and processes
