Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through professional, courteous, and supportive conduct.
- Engage customers in enthusiastic and persuasive conversations about the benefits of remaining with Reliance.
- Educate existing customers on Reliance products and services, including contractual details.
- Provide active listening to customer concerns, complaints, and needs.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Identify competitive activities, new attrition drivers, and recommend retention tactics.
- Process account closures as per terms and conditions.
- Contribute to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to corporate processes and controls.
