Key Responsibilities- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily schedules, ensure efficient use of resources, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Determine Type of Services to be Offered: Analyze customer needs and preferences to determine the type of services to be offered, including menu planning and inventory management.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of team members, provide feedback and coaching, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels, ensure timely ordering and receipt of supplies, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Develop and implement health and safety protocols, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate Arrangements with Suppliers: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and work to resolve issues.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the success of the team.
