Food Service Manager

Visionary Catering is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop the skills of food service staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Visionary Catering is a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
