WHAT IS THE ROLE?

As a Cook, under the guidance of the Executive Chef, you will play a crucial role in the timely and efficient preparation of meals, ensuring adherence to food service and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a spotless kitchen and organized food storage areas.
  • Preparing high-quality, nutritious meals (breakfast and lunch) in accordance with client schedules and menu guidelines.
  • Demonstrating flexibility in accommodating client preferences and dietary needs.
  • Complying with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Safe Food Handling protocols.
  • Following all relevant Dana Hospitality policies and procedures.
  • Managing food inventory effectively.

WHO ARE WE SEEKING?

  • Previous cooking experience.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop culinary skills.
  • Experience in Asian cuisine is a plus.
  • Some background in catering is beneficial.
