We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at Sector 7 Kitchen + Bar. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality meat products.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparing Meat: Clean and cut meats to prepare for processing or cutting, and trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers on meat products.
- Meat Display and Presentation: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products, and shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all meat products are properly stored and displayed.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Skills: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, attention to detail, physically demanding, hand-eye coordination, accurate, team player.
