In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including:
- Providing leadership and guidance to the pharmacy team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Maintaining the highest standards of practice and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Recruiting, training, and developing pharmacy staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Engaging in patient counseling and medication therapy management to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pharmacy operations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 1-2 years of experience.
- Valid Registered Pharmacist license.
- Knowledge of pharmacy business operations and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to pharmacy practice.
