Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our seasoned finance team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to learn and engage in various financial operations within a large corporation.   • Engage in operational accounting tasks (accounting cycle, billing, collections, supplier invoice approvals, capital assets, adjusting entries, account reconciliations, etc.);
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
  • Coordinate budget preparation for cost centers, analyze variances, and collaborate with department heads;
  • Oversee cash flow and contribute to cash flow forecasting related to operations and projects;
  • Support the audit process with external auditors and the taxation team as required;
  • Participate in special projects; prepare ad hoc reports and other tasks relevant to your expertise;
  • Handle multiple currencies, intercompany transactions, and operate within a SAP system environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, or finance;
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous;
  • Advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, SUM IF, Pivot Tables);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt flexibly, and perform well under pressure;
  • Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Well-organized with effective prioritization skills.
