À propos du poste

Nous recherchons un candidat enthousiaste et motivé pour intégrer notre équipe expérimentée en finance. Ce poste d'entrée vous permettra d'acquérir une compréhension approfondie des processus comptables et financiers au sein d'une grande entreprise, tout en participant activement à l'ensemble du cycle financier. Vous bénéficierez d'opportunités d'apprentissage et de développement au sein d'une multinationale.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Contribuer aux activités comptables opérationnelles (cycle comptable, facturation, politique d'approbation des factures fournisseurs, immobilisations, écritures comptables, conciliation des comptes, etc.) ;
  • Aider à la production de rapports financiers mensuels et annuels ;
  • Coordonner la préparation des budgets des centres de coûts, analyser les écarts et suivre le budget avec les gestionnaires ;
  • Surveiller la trésorerie et participer activement aux prévisions de flux de trésorerie liés aux opérations et aux projets ;
  • Assister dans le cadre des vérifications fiscales de fin d'année avec les auditeurs et l'équipe de fiscalité externe si nécessaire ;
  • Participer à des projets spéciaux, préparer des rapports ad hoc et d'autres tâches connexes à son domaine d'expertise ;
  • Travailler avec des devises multiples, des transactions inter-entreprises et un environnement SAP.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme universitaire, BAC en administration, spécialisation finance ou comptabilité ;
  • Bilinguisme : maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication ;
  • Expérience avec le logiciel SAP FiCo ou un autre ERP est un atout ;
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel (Formules, Recherche V, Somme SI, Tableaux croisés dynamiques) ;
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à effectuer des analyses ;
  • Autonomie, flexibilité et capacité à travailler sous pression ;
  • Proactivité et aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément ;
  • Bon sens de l'organisation et des priorités.
