Responsabilités :
- Définir les exigences et l'implication de l'équipe, ainsi que la structure des livrables pour tous les nouveaux projets.
- Participer activement à la gestion des divers projets : planification, suivi des échéanciers et des actions.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les départements d'ingénierie, de production, de logistique, de qualité et d'autres.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos processus et opérations.

Qualifications :
- Diplôme d'études collégiales techniques ou expérience équivalente.
- Excellentes compétences en travail d'équipe, persévérance et jugement reconnu.
- Bon sens de l'organisation, de la planification et de la résolution de problèmes.
- Compétences en gestion de projets et aisance à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook), PowerBI, ainsi qu'une connaissance approfondie de l'environnement SAP.
- Compétence fonctionnelle en français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. La maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout.
- Aisance en lecture de dessins techniques et bonne visualisation en 3D, avec un esprit d'analyse développé.
