Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at MOTEL 6. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure smooth hotel operations, including managing staff, equipment, and supplies.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Technical Support: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Procurement: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and effective inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
