Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor to join our team at Spin Master Ltd. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global internal audit plan to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits using a risk-based methodology to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Design and perform audit tests of controls to evaluate their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in identifying, reporting, and tracking deficiencies and opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to address these areas.
  • Collaborate with process owners to implement process improvements and ensure that controls are operating effectively.
  • Prepare audit reports that provide clear, constructive, and actionable recommendations to address identified risks and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of progressive experience in compliance or audit, preferably in a similar industry.
  • A professional designation in the area of internal auditing, such as CPA, CA, or CIA, or pursuing an audit designation is a plus.
  • SAP experience is an asset.
  • A strong knowledge of internal auditing and control standards, including COSO and COBIT.
  • Knowledge of risk-based audit methodology and internal controls.
