About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Berks Payment Solutions Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the hiring process.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and develop action plans to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
