About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Prefabricated Products Installer to join our team at 14454359 Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to determine layout and installation procedures, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient logistics.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring safe and secure work environments.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train, with a focus on developing skills and expertise in exterior prefabricated products installation.
  • Criminal record check and driving record check (abstract) required.
  • Punctuality, accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player qualities essential.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
