Job Title: Window Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Window Installation Specialist to join our team at 14454359 Canada Inc. as a permanent full-time position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products as needed.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient logistics.
  • Supervise other workers, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring stability and safety.
Requirements:
  • Criminal record check and driving record check (abstract) required.
  • Punctuality, accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player essential.
  • Will train, but prior experience an asset.
Benefits:
