Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Install both exterior and interior prefabricated products with precision.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet work requirements.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on prefabricated products.
  • Plan layout and installation processes effectively.
  • Prepare invoices and work orders accurately.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations with attention to detail.
  • Manage work materials efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee and guide fellow workers as needed.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Set up and install scaffolding and working platforms.
Safety and Security
  • A criminal record check is a requirement for this position.
  • A driving record check (abstract) will also be conducted.
