The successful candidate will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and adhering to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products as needed.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, demonstrating physical stamina and teamwork.
  • Supervise other workers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring safety and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Criminal record check and driving record check (abstract) are mandatory.
  • Punctuality, accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork are essential.
  • Will train, and other benefits include a permanent position with 30 hours per week.
