Shift Manager

Empire Ventures Food Corp is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Prepare Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, as well as maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Setting: Cafeteria, food service establishment, on-site customer service, willing to relocate, restaurant.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Client Focus: Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work as a team player and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
