About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Electrical & Automation Industry Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients in the electrical and automation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and expand our market share in the electrical and automation industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies to close deals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in the electrical and automation industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
