Job Title: Business Development Manager

Caringpeople healthcare Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement business growth strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions, as well as develop and maintain reports to track progress and performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and develop insights, and experience with strategic planning and team management.
