Seize the chance to help establish a new team in Montreal as the Technical Accelerators Team Leader for ServiceNow Impact, our state-of-the-art product designed to customize customers' digital transformation journeys on the Now Platform and accelerate their time-to-value.

As a pivotal member of the global customer success organization, you will supervise a team of Technical Consultants delivering vital accelerators to enhance business value and boost the adoption of ServiceNow products.

  • Oversee employee performance, development, and mentoring within your team
  • Build strategic partnerships to attract exceptional talent
  • Evaluate customer-facing deliverables and ensure high-quality solutions
  • Lead technical delivery for an expanding accelerator portfolio
  • Support individual and team advancement through career development plans
  • Drive business strategies and maintain alignment with stakeholders
  • Serve as a technical escalation point of contact for collaboration
  • Foster robust relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service delivery

To thrive in this position, you should have hands-on experience in professional or managed services with a solid technical foundation in AI, Deep Learning Models, and Cloud Solutions. Excellent presentation skills, leadership qualities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
