This position entails supporting data analytics needs across a variety of initiatives that influence critical business sectors such as Data Analytics, Commercial Insurance, Personal Insurance, Claims Management, Marketing Strategies, and Fraud Prevention. The manager's duties include identifying opportunities, assisting in product innovation, and supervising the production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and nurture a high-performing technical team dedicated to data analytics.
  • Facilitate learning and growth opportunities for the team based on the manager's technical expertise.
  • Oversee the creation of data analytics products and models, ensuring quality and technical assistance.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and users throughout the organization.
  • Emphasize data-driven solutions by connecting insurance professionals, data analysts, and engineers.
  • Engage with business partners to pinpoint opportunities for innovation and expansion.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and present data-driven solutions to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • At least five years of experience in Actuarial Science or Data Analytics roles.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams is preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python.
  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
