We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Accelerators Manager to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Consultants and delivering specified accelerators while ensuring proper technical governance.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage a team of Technical Consultants, hire, coach, and lead Senior and Associate level technical consultants.
- Accelerator Delivery: Execute the technical delivery for a growing portfolio of accelerator offerings, manage the execution of technical projects, and facilitate the team's career and development plans.
- Technical Governance: Hold the team accountable to execute using best practices and tools, provide strategic technical thinking, and execute a business plan to meet team objectives.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction as reflected in Customer Survey scores, promote continuous improvement practices for accelerators and delivery materials.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other teams, communicate and act as the technical escalation point of contact.
- Experience: 4+ years progressive experience in a professional or managed services organization; or equivalent education/experience.
- Technical Skills: Deep technical experience with AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Presentation strength in articulating AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and passion for cultural diversity.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask, customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the Customer.
