Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dynamic Era Solutions Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized and equipped.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Office, and other productivity software.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
