  • Contract Management: Oversee and manage contracts.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Data Compilation: Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Staffing Actions: Assist in recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage the digital database.
