- Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Marketing Initiatives: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Customer Complaints: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Beverage Services Manager Certification: Possess a certification in beverage services management to demonstrate expertise in this area.
- Newcomer and Refugee Support: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Youth Employment Support: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- Veteran Support: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
- Indigenous Support: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
