As a key member of our Client Success team, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across Canada and the USA. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless campaign execution, analyze data to inform strategic recommendations, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage client campaigns from launch to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution
* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategic recommendations to drive client success
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client decision-makers and internal teams
* Collaborate with our Product team to incorporate client feedback and drive product innovation
* Participate in contract renewal and extension opportunities, and identify risks to mitigate churn

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in enterprise account management or client success within SaaS organizations
* Self-starter with a "no task is too small" attitude and a passion for building strong relationships
* Confident with data and reporting, and able to analyze complex information to inform strategic decisions
* Highly motivated to drive their own success and achieve individual objectives
