About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at PATSNAP PTE. LTD. as a key member of our client success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships within their assigned book of business, driving customer success by ensuring that clients realize maximum value from our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand relationships within assigned book of business
  • Drive customer success by ensuring clients realize maximum value from our offerings
  • Achieve annual gross renewal and quarterly expansion targets
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize ARR retention
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Requirements
  • Experience using account planning frameworks to prioritize key tasks and activities within book of business
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering business value
  • Commercial experience across multiple industries and geographies
  • Track record of performance against gross renewal-based and expansion-based targets
