Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos And Tacos. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast-paced food service environment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Operations and Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Management
- Supervise and check assembly of trays, ensuring that all food products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food products are delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Certifications and Licenses
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Efficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
