- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure that we are operating efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment
- Supervision: 11-15 people
- Language: English
- Hours: 37 to 40 hours per week
