About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Savers. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store appearance.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
