Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
    • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Merchandise and Inventory Management
    • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
    • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations and Sales
    • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business needs.
    • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.

  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
