Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
    • Assign tasks and duties to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective workflow.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve results.
  • Inventory Management and Store Operations
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
    • Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on leadership and supervision.
