Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee daily operations of renovation projects
  • Assess and evaluate ongoing operations
  • Organize and plan daily work schedules
  • Select and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards
  • Inspect subcontractor work for compliance with plans and specifications
  • Manage project budgets effectively
  • Perform various trade tasks during renovation activities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise team members
  • Prepare accurate estimates and bids for renovation projects
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers on project specifications
  • Ensure all necessary construction permits are secured
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety plans
