Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage daily operations of renovation projects.

  • Plan and organize daily work schedules for the team.
  • Select and coordinate activities of trade subcontractors.
  • Inspect subcontractor work to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Manage project budgets effectively.
  • Perform various trade tasks during renovation activities.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers.
  • Provide training and development for team members.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and bids for renovation projects.
