Job Overview

This position is focused on residential renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily operations of renovation projects
  • Assess and evaluate operational effectiveness
  • Organize and plan daily tasks and schedules
  • Recruit and coordinate subcontractors for various trades
  • Inspect subcontractor work to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Manage project budgets and financial planning
  • Perform hands-on trade work as needed
  • Supervise and train staff and volunteers
  • Prepare detailed estimates and bids for renovation projects
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers on project specifications
  • Ensure all necessary construction permits are secured
  • Develop and enforce health and safety protocols

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
