About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renovation Manager to join our team at Joyride Tire & Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our renovation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with trade subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Site Supervision
    • Supervise and direct a team of 3-4 people, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
    • Monitor and control daily operations, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
    • Identify and address any quality control issues, working with subcontractors to resolve them.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring that expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
    • Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects.
  • Health and Safety
